FEES

Our initial fee is £360 (incl. VAT). We then take a 4% + VAT commission on the final sale price

The initial fee is deducted from the commission if the commission is higher than £360. Or if the commission is lower than £360, the full £360 is retained (as it is a minimum charge)

Whilst the boat is on brokerage here our usual storage fees apply.
SERVICES
The initial fee covers our services to:

Check the current market to provide suggestions on value (if required)

Advertise the boat online and at our premises (take a look at our web site here to see an example of current listings).

Liaise with any interested parties

Arrange and conduct viewings

Facilitate price negotiations
PROCESS
To start the process we just need the following:

Some photos (the more the better)

The boat specification form (below) completed with as many details as you have available

The ships papers
-
A signed Authority to Sell agreement

Payment of the £360 initial fee
