Retreat Brokerage is a long established business offering the single largest selection of boats for sale under one roof from one provider in the region. At any one time there are between 20-50 boats on display at the Retreat Boatyard facility.

 

Boats are easily accessible for viewing, being only 5 mins from the M5, with adequate visitor parking.

 

 

Details are listed on a number of leading web portals - Yachtworld.com and BoatsandOutboards.co.uk, plus: rightboat.com and findafishingboat.com. Unlike some other providers, we do more than just list boats on the Internet. Boats are of course listed within the yard, and marketed as part of an overall marketing and advertising strategy. We use local press, regional papers and magazines, and national/international printed coverage. We even have boats occasionally featured on the radio when running campaigns.

 

 

With all boats located on land in one place, it becomes easier for prospective customers to look at a wide range of boats on offer. In addition, access to the yard services for pre-sales works, engineering checks, launch / sea trials, and any remedial works that may be required after purchase reduces many of the problems and costs associated with either selling or buying a boat.

 

We offer standard commission charges, which are listed under the commission page. Some degree of flexibility os offered on storage fees, and multi-broker deals, although we suggest our standard offering provides the most cost effective and efficient solution.
